Our Japanese Sweet Potato (Yellow Flesh) is grown in the cool highlands of Da Lat, Vietnam – the ideal climate for cultivating premium-quality sweet potatoes. With smooth reddish-purple skin and vibrant golden-yellow flesh, our sweet potatoes are rich in vitamins A and C, offering a naturally sweet, creamy texture that’s perfect for baking, steaming, or roasting.
