Custom T-Shirts from Vietnam: OEM & Private Label

Viet Farm Vision supplies custom T-shirts from Vietnam for fashion brands, retailers, merchandise programmes, events and corporate buyers. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, we work with vetted T-shirt manufacturers and partner sewing workshops in Vietnam and manage your order from sample to shipment.

Get private label t-shirts with your design and fit, cotton, CVC or performance fabric, printed or embroidered artwork, and your own neck labels, hang tags and packaging. Small orders are welcome for startups and custom merch t-shirts, and larger bulk runs follow the same sample approval and inspection process. Need polos as well? See our custom polo shirts.

Screen Printed T-Shirts in Bulk, DTG or Embroidery? Decoration Comparison

How your logo or artwork is applied affects the look, the feel and how well it suits your quantity. This comparison explains the three most common decoration methods for custom T-shirts.

MethodHow it worksBest forKeep in mind
Screen printingInk is pushed through a mesh screen, one screen per colourBold logos and graphics with a few solid colours, repeated across a bulk runEach extra colour adds a screen and set-up, so it suits fewer colours and larger runs
DTG (direct-to-garment)A digital printer applies ink directly onto the fabricDetailed, multi-colour or photographic artwork, small runs and many designsWorks best on cotton; results on dark colours depend on pre-treatment
EmbroideryThe logo is stitched into the fabric with threadSmall chest or sleeve logos, uniform and premium merchNot suited to large areas or fine gradients; adds texture and weight

Printing and embroidery are both available for T-shirt orders. The printing method that suits your artwork, fabric and quantity is confirmed with you at the quote and sample stage.

How We Work: 4-Step Quality Check

1. Sample approval
A pre-production sample in your fabric, colours and decoration is made and approved by you before bulk production starts.

2. In-production check
Our team checks the order at the partner workshop while it is being cut, sewn, printed and embroidered.

3. Piece-by-piece inspection
Every garment is checked before packing: stitching, sizing against your size chart, logo placement and labels.

4. Carton count & photos
Cartons are counted and photos and video are sent to you before the shipment leaves.

Custom T-Shirts: FAQ

Do you offer private label t-shirts?

Yes. T-shirts can carry your own neck labels and hang tags and be packed in your branded packaging, ready for retail, online stores or merch drops.

Screen printing or embroidery: which is better for logos?

Screen printing is efficient for bold logos with a few colours repeated across a bulk run. Embroidery gives a premium, durable finish for small chest or sleeve logos. For detailed multi-colour artwork, digital printing can be a better fit. We confirm the right method for your artwork at the quote and sample stage.

Can I order custom t-shirts in small quantities, for example for a startup or a merch drop?

Yes, small orders are welcome. Share your design, colours, sizes and quantities and we will confirm what is possible in our quote.

Do you supply cotton t-shirts?

Yes. Cotton jersey is the most requested T-shirt fabric. CVC (cotton and polyester blend) and cool-touch performance fabric are also available, and you approve the fabric from swatches or a sample.

Can you produce oversized and relaxed fits?

Yes. Regular, slim and oversized fits can be developed and graded to your own size chart.

Are the t-shirts on this page in stock?

No. They are reference designs made to order. Every order is produced to your approved sample.
